Terrible customer service. Yvette Yong. Rewards her staff with cold food sitting out for 2 hours. Quesadillas didn't come with Avocado. Restaurant was frigid cold wear a jacket if you must suffer this unbearable place. 3 star hotel experience felt like a 1 star
Completely went downhill since my last visit to San Fran. Horrible service, food was truly awful and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Very disappointing as I really liked this place before (the views, the outdoor patio, the food, etc.)
I’m simple. Good burger, super friendly service, and very good bleu cheese dressing.
