mixed thoughts on this place. the upfront gratuity charged is bold. if you want extra/normal amount of BBQ sauce, i suggest you bring some mcdonald’s or wendy’s packets instead. otherwise they will give you an attitude and charge you an extra $0.75. i won’t dine in there again. ONLY go for the fresh made house margarita which is top notch! the rest you should pass on. get a better burger up the street at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse
We had a great experience for lunch today! The food was great and the service was even better! We had the smash burger, blue ribbon chicken sandwich, smoked wings with sweet chili garlic sauce, and space buns. Everything had great flavor and was perfectly cooked the way we wanted it. For all of that it was $60 which was definitley worth it!
Good location, they have a backroom for groups with screens and the decor is good. What wasn't so good was the food, the burger just didn't hit me and the fries were a bit overdone. Number one issue was the service. My burger came w/o my tea and I got my tea about 7 min later. I also didn't have any silverware when my burger came out the server ran off b/c I could ask for one. Finally got silverware. Not sure why they didn't set up the silverware before our group go there. My burger was room temperature b/c I could get my first bite :( Might be why it didn't hit me of course! Other complaints - $4 for tea! and over 10% in taxes (okay, I realize they can't control that).
