Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar - Boca Raton

The food was excellent at Tap 42. Although it was a bar it wasn't too noisy when we got there, but when we left it was getting very crowded. They have 42 kinds of craft beer on tap if you like beer, which I do not. They had the best calamari I have ever had. I would go back again for sure.

Rarely give out 2-star reviews but was quite disappointed with Tap 42. Came out for dinner on Father’s Day and had high expectations coming here. First impression was good. Nice decor and vibe. Loved the bar and decided to sit there. 1st waiter took our drink orders and it came out fast. From there it went downhill. No one came to took our food order. Had to ask someone to find our bartender to place orders. After some time, the bartender came and took our Calamari appetizer. That came out nicely and it was delicious. Then we had a gap of maybe more than 30 minutes with no service. No one dropped by to ask us if we were ready to place orders and more drinks. Obviously we wanted drinks as our glasses were dried. Gave up and decided to call for the check by asking the reception to find someone that can get our bill. And it wasn’t like that the place was a full house. Over the years, both Brooke and Skyler have always been super- attentive, always cheerful, and they go out of their way to make me, my family, and especially my dog feel like valued customers. Highly recommend Tap 42 - Boca Raton for consistently great food, good vibes, and exceptional service by an awesome wait staff.
