Tam's Burgers

The prices on the board are not what they charge. We inquired about the 4 burger deal. The board says $31 but they want $39. We inquired about the price of some of the other items listed and they were also wrong. The lady stated that the prices have gone of a while back but they haven't gotten around to updating the board. Months later. If you're overcharged bring it to their attention and ask that they honor the lowest advertised price by refunding the difference between the prices. If they don't, then take a picture of the sign and your receipt and file a complaint with the Los Angeles County Agricultural Commissioner/Weights and Measures.

Purchased a Pastrami combo and the Pastrami hardly had meat. I asked for crispy fries and they were undercooked. I asked for light ice and the cup was full of ice. They don't make the order to the customers request. The Pastrami combo was $17 and wasn't worth the price. I will not spend my money there anymore. They don't care about keeping recurring customers. Me husband can't believe the sandwich didn't have meat. They have went extremely down. The drive thru needs repairs.

Very poor customer service. The cashier acted like I was bothering her by being here. The dining room was also dirty. I Definitely will not be coming back here again.
