First time visit, I stopped by due to their lunch buffet and I was not expecting much but the flavors and quality of the food was superb. My favorites were the chicken Tika masala, tandoori chicken and mango lassie. I have had other Indian food were the spices are overwhelming and here they added just enough to make their food taste great. Come try their food and let me know what you liked best.

I've been here before doing food deliveries and couldn't resist ordering some Naan before leaving; finally got a chance to come back today to sit down and eat and the food was Amazing! Price is fair, staff is extremely friendly and though small there's always seating available. A little hidden gem in Chino Hills you'll want to discover on your own!

Monday 9/18/23 Dinner at Tamarind Restaurant in Chino with my cousin. It’s East Indian cuisine. The tandoori meats (chicken, beef, & lamb) were so crispy and tender inside. The beef curry was so flavorful with lots of herbs and spices which paired well with the rice and naan. It looks like a simple dish to make but I know the chef took his/her time with loving tender care when making it. Bravo Chef!!! The restaurant has a elegance decor with nice lighting, table cloth, silverware, and glasses. Mohammad, service staff, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the dishes to recommend me. I’m very happy and grateful for his recommendations and the delicious foods. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning to try the other dishes. David Young Restaurant Enthusiast
