Tailgaters & IL Primo Peoria

Ordered Swiss mushroom burger med rare, but it was definitely well done. Only had a few mushrooms. Nothing more than cafeteria food overpriced. The waitress who took my money barely looked my way, not a friendly hello or anything. This will be the last time I order from here.

Good margaritas and 50+ Taps. We have a favorite bartender (Rudy at Rio Mirage), but the raspberry margaritas here give him a run for his money! Great atmosphere for the type of restaurant, but the menu is even more extensive! We started with the Loaded Potato Skins which are delicious and fresh. They came out piping hot! Then we ordered the Southwest Mac N Cheese with chicken added and the Mango Habanero wings. Our waitress was a little slow, but we quickly notice she was also checking on bigger tables closer to the door. Perhaps someone called in or the management should split the tables a little more fairly? Either way, Alexis was very pleasant and accommodating! She suggested the chicken add on in the pasta, an above and beyond employee move. The Mac and cheese was so creamy and rich. The chicken was a tad bit dry, but it was very well seasoned and the sauce itself is scrumptious! You can taste both the cheddar and mozzarella. They have pretty good appetizers and a good selection of beer. The service needs improvement. The servers gave us attitude like our requests were an inconvenience. They didn't offer to get us another drink until after our glasses were empty. We probably would have had another drink and stayed longer if they didn't leave us hanging there for a while.
