Taigu

The staff was so kind and hospitable and made some great recommendations. We got several different noodle dishes but my favorite was the pickled mustard and beef noodles. It was so great that I am getting hungry again thinking about it now. For dessert we got the sesame balls which were piping hot and hit the spot. Now that we have tried Taigu noodles out we we definitely be coming back again and again. If you are on the fence to try this place, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding family-run Chinese restaurant hidden in downtown Middleton. Their homemade noodles are perhaps the best I've ever tasted. The prices may initially seem on the higher end, but the portion sizes are very generous. Just stop your Google search for "Chinese restaurants near me" and go to Taigu.

My partner and I have been looking for a restaurant that meets our expectations of quality for over two years, and we finally found the place. Taigu has incredible food. It was fresh, had depth of flavor, and was actually spicy! The noodles and dumplings looked and tasted handmade. The only item I would skip the next time we order is the rangoons. Everything else tasted wonderful, and the portions were huge! Our takeout lasted for 4 separate meals. I can't wait to eat here again.
