TAHONA Kitchen+Bar Loveland

I enjoy the layout -- order, find your seat and wait. Salsa bar for everyone, fill your own water. When the food came out, the presentation was excellent -- from the drinks to the food. The drinks were decent, some reviews indicated that they tasted like sour patch kids, and they weren't wrong (but that didn't bother me). Unfortunately the food lacks flavor; the guacamole was without seasoning, the chips had no salt, the ground beef was cold and flavorless, as was the fish, and the steak had an almost barbecue taste but was also cold. First time coming here and it will likely be my last, unfortunately.

Tortas are tasteless, and the ground beef seasoning is completely uncooked and grainy in the mouth. Awful. Do not recommend. Another example of completely missing the beauty of Mexican food. I do not understand how a kitchen is ok with food like this. I get that the ground beef is the kids/white people option, but I would think they'd put a bit more effort.

When you walk in & sometime is shucking & cutting corn, you know it’s fresh! The people were so friendly, love the patio! Where else can you get Margarita growlers to test & many different salsas! I’ll definitely go back! Loved it!!
