Taco Time

Super helpful staff that went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. Legit, every other fast food place could learn from the staff at this place. Decent salsa bar too, so you can dress up your items however you want.

Had never really been, and I ended up being really disappointed. Sat at the drive-thru looking at the menu, decided on what I wanted and then continued to wait. I finally drove up to the window and they were there in the kitchen goofing off. They looked surprised to see me and when I told them that I had been waiting they brushed it off and acted like it was somehow my fault. Then they got my order wrong and when I went back to correct it they again made it my fault that they didn't give me what I ordered. To top it off the food and portions left me disappointed. There is a positive side though. I can now stop wondering if Taco Time is a good place to eat.

I seemed to know more about their products than the employee or how things should be done. Most also send like they were there for a paycheck, and further that the customer is the reason for their paycheck. It's been a long time since I've been to Taco Time anywhere and probably it will be a long time again. The place was clean, but the food was plain and interesting once received.
