Very good for Americanized Mexican plates. And the place was packed with Mexican families which says it all! The Horchata and totopos (chips) were exceptional! Ask for the really HOT, HOT sauce, it's kept in the back.
Taco Taco has the best fresh salsa and housemade chips. The chicken enchilada verde was one of the best I've ever had! My husband and son loved the carne asada burritos and I loved the pork tamale with red enchilada sauce--yum! The kids had chimichangas were good. The refried beans were fantastic too. The service was friendly and fast! Thank you!
I wanted this place to my my new spot, it's a very modest slight feel, and it's a down-home mom-and-pop look. But sadly, it fell short flavor and quality-wise, Salsa was good, chips were soggy, the main course was pretty bland chili Verde that tased more like it came from a can than homemade, the rice and beans accompanied were just as flavor lacking as the Verde. The staff seemed hurried and friendly, finishing off positively the place was clean.
