Taco Taco Cafe

The food here is NOT Mexican food at all. Idk why they even bother calling it a Mexican restaurant. Even so the food wasn't good american food either. It was really bland and all the ingredients were clearly cheap. The ham was one of those pre diced hams you get out of a package, the potatoes were clearly bought from the bag. And the beans were obviously from a can. Also I brought in my service dog. He wasn't wearing his vest so I understand how they could've assumed he wasn't a service animal but as soon as she walked in the door she yelled at me from across the room to take the dog outside which i thought was rude and when I tried to explain he was a service animal she made me go outside anyway. I wasn't even going to stay in the restaurant I was just going to get the food to go. And I would've been understanding if they didn't want him in the restaurant but she was quite rude about it.

We drove through San Antonio just so that we could get some puffy tacos at Taco Taco Cafe. Even though we walked in 10 minutes before closing, Helen was so kind and eager to serve us. The food was delicious. Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Helen even went next door and got us cold waters for our road trip back home. 10/10 would recommend.

Went with my mom and sister Helen was so nice she runs the show by herself. Noone showed up to help her work and the food was good I'd definitely go back just to see her smiling face. Keep up the good work Helen you are truly blessed stay positive.
