Taco Republic Corinth Square

The last few times we visited they were having terrible times with staffing and the manager wasn't running a very good restaurant. We sat for 20 min without any server coming to our table. We didn't even get water. When we got up to leave the manager noticed and promised to make it right. 10 more minutes passed before we got any water or our order taken and then it took forever for our food to come out. The manager apologized by saying that she was too busy "closing" for the day. It was about 8:15 when we sat down (my wife worked late). They don't close until 10 so I don't know why the manager and staff was in such a hurry to get everything cleaned up to close. That was our third bad experience in a row at this location so we've given up and now go to Taco Naco on Metcalf to scratch our street-taco itch.

Great tacos and friendly staff! Stopped on a Saturday with kids and wasn’t to busy. The papi and barbecoa were amazing! Salsa and margs good too.

Was really good when they opened, but the food has really gone downhill. Not only that, their salsa tastes like Ragu spaghetti sauce; I've made my own; it's as simple as a recipe can get, and mine never tasted like spaghetti sauce. That wasn't a one-off. It's tasted like that since they've opened.
