Taco Pete

Great food. The wait is long because it's cooked to order but it's worth it. Review update on 09/26/22 Upon visiting this location, I encountered the rudest of staff. I am beyond shocked and in utter disbelief at the amount of lack of respect, for better terms, that this employee had for me, as a customer greeting him and asking how he was doing. This guy told me he didn't have time for my ignorance all because I said hello and asked how he was doing. This is an act of appreciation and respect that I was taught at a very young age. Mind you, there were other customers in line behind me. He then tells me there are only 2 of them there. I understand that it must be a lot of pressure but that attitude shouldn't be displayed to any customer. He then screamed into the microphone that he will take whoever is ready to order and instructed me to step to the side because I wasn't ready to order. Take out (or dine at picnic table) decent food, decent tacos took 35 minutes to get my order at 2:30 pm. Music playing way loud along with 2 layers of bullet proof glass makes it had to place order. Better than chains but avoid if you're in a hurry.

Just moved to the area and was headed home looking for something to eat. I started to go to Taco Bell and saw Taco Pete across the street and decided to try them out instead. I got the Taco salad and beef quesadila .. OF THE CHART GOOD. Everything was fresh and seasoned right. I rarely give reviews but this is easily the best Mexican in Atlanta and some of the best I've ever had. It's that good. Like West Coast good !
