Taco Casa

Im so mad!!! I got food around 10pm the girl took my order with horrible customer service. I spent over 50 dollar and she didn't even give me half my order and didn't even give me my gallon tea. She messed up my whole order. All i got was nacho and a super taco. I'm very disappointed and will never go back there again. my family barely had anything to eat. That girl should be fired for not being aware. I felt like she did it on purpose. Don't waste your time at this location. Never have I experienced a ruin dinner from carelessness. I will go back to talk to a manager. No stars at all!

I ordered two super nachos with extra meat,extra cheese and no sour cream and peppers on the side. I didn’t get what I wanted; they were to busy worried about the car reck in the parking lot. I used to love this location but since the young kids and the change in staff services and food is going down hill.

They wanted me to refund my entire order just to take off 2 sweet teas which were anything but sweet. Then ring my order back up less the two drinks which meant even though I would have gotten my money back in 3-5 business days, I would have been out of $60, just to return $3..... please make me make sense of this madness. Never again
