Taco Cabana

So sorry. This location is in downfall. It used to be one of my favorites when it first opened. As of this week, I've told my household no more. The past visits have been unmitigated disasters. Our orders are at best lame and all wrong. It doesn't matter if we've ordered online or drive thru. No go. A quesadilla a few weeks was at best half made. Too bad i didn't take a photo to share. The shell was stale but the filling was maybe just a third of its surface. Ate a slice and threw the rest away. This past weekend, my wife ordered bean and cheese tacos tacos for the kids. Bean? Maybe Cheese? Nowhere to be seen. How hard is it to screw up a bean and cheese taco? At this TC, very easy.

Came at 5:30 pm. No ground beef, beef fajitas, chicken fajita, or chicken. No coke, Dr. Pepper. Could only order been and cheese. Could not substitute anything. Kept saying only shredded chicken. Got to the window and no chips for the bean and cheese nachos. Why are they even open? Garbage bags out in front of the doors. This is a shame. This used to be a top notch Taco Cabana. Sadly will never visit again.

Will never visit this location again. Placed an order at 6 am for my son’s basketball team. Said it would be ready in 18 minutes. Went to pick up in 20 and the extremely rude manager, Marissa said they wouldn’t be ready until 9:18. Not helpful at all and very rude.
