Taco Cabana

This has to be the absolute worst Taco Cabana in the world! I had a mobile order. Ordered at 8:20 pm; expected to be ready for pick-up at 8:34 pm. I arrived at 8:24 pm, pulled on the door and it was locked. Why have the option for pick-up if the doors are locked. Then I proceeded to go through the drive thru. It was backed up and took me 20 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. I told them I had a mobile order. I was then asked to pull to the front of the building and my order would be brought to me. I sat in front of the building for another 15 minutes. I received my order at 9:04 pm. The absolute worst in the world!

Management needs to reach out as soon as possible. My card was charged $74 for an order that only cost $20. I showed the transaction update to the manager on duty as well. Nothing has been done and my refund has not been issued. The manager also advised I'm the 2nd customer this has happened to the visited their store this Saturday. I need my refund immediately

The worst and most unprofessional management and customer service Every! A great example of why this location has a 3.4 Google Review Average! If I could give a minus 10 Google Review I would. I will never patronize this location again as long as this current manager is here!
