Taco Cabana

Went there 3 times. First two times were nothing special, but okay. The last visit, I wasn't notified my order was ready & it sat there 20 minutes until I finally got up asking if it was ready. Nobody answered, but another customer pointed & told me "that order has been sitting there a while.". Yep, it was mine. And it wasn't very good, very bland this time. I give only 3 stars bcuz first two times were good. So I'm being generous

I started off being's a very difficult customer, the cashier jay was so patient with me while I was trying to make my payment. Then I had to have them remake my order bc I have a strange reaction to lettuce So he remade my order with no problem. It was very clean here, and the workers were very nice about remaking my bowl. They all are awesome.

Nasty...not all wearing gloves...not all wearing uniforms...Rude customer service...no thank you...no have a nice day...no one moment please as we waited in silence when we first pulled up. After saying thank you....no you're welcome in return....Each time I visit Addison and come to this location to purchase my mom her favorite...there is something they do not have...no Beyond Meat..."we'll have it tomorrow". The past 2-3 times I have brought my mom while visiting Addison they have been out of Beyond Meat. This time out of onions too! I will not come again. The Taco Cabana on Montfort is where I will go from now on when I want to treat my mom to one of her favorites while in Addison! They are more professional...they even look more professionally put together...staff...building signs... AND...the Montfort location is never out of their stuff!... My mom's nachos were all cold when she got 'em...TICKED OFF I AM...Rice was dry and hard...beans were cold...chips stale... The guy at the w
