I use to go to this one all the time after work with my kid as its close to where I work. The young black dude at the window this past Monday around 8:00pm is super rude and handed my nachos sideways and turned his back to me at the window, didn’t ask if I want salsa, didn’t even give me my total at the window. Tells me my card declined so he has to run it again, my card was fine the second time. Then when my friend asks his name at the window he starts arguing and asking why he’s asking what his name is and gives him a fake name, lol then calls him weird for asking. You should know when someone is asking your name that you messed up, so like, maybe just be like is there a problem, how can I help make it better? I get it it’s fast food, but can you not be so rude and at least act like you care? Lol This just isn’t the experience I’m use to, and I will not be returning.

Where do I begin? I usually have a good experience at Taco Bueno but I had the worst experience at this location on 9/13/21. I went through the drive-thru, only to find out after I left that my food was wrong. I got the taco platter and they failed to put sour cream and guacamole on it. Also the tacos were majorly skimped out on toppings. The beans tasted like 2 handfuls of salt had been dumped on them. My food was completely slopped into the bag- there was sauce in the bag AND on the outside of the bag. When I asked the cashier to change it out, I found out after I got back to the car that she had changed it out for another one that also had sauce dripping on the outside. Also when I came back in to let the cashier know that my order was wrong earlier, she went to the back and told the girl back there and the girl had a major attitude and was like "what did she order" in a high pitch offended voice.
