Waited 10 minutes just to get up to place my order. Waited 10 more minutes waiting to order. Finally said hello and the fellow said “I’m busy and will be with you in a moment”. If he had said this in an apologetic tone would have been nice. But he did not. Waited another 10 minutes and finally just drove away. I will not be going back!
Went through drive thru. Asked for receipt because I used corporate card. Lady told me that there machine was down said I'm welcome to wait because technical support was coming to fix it. So I was waiting. She asked me to move out of drive thru I said I need my receipt She said that's not her problem. I have never been treated so rudely.
You don’t get stars for saying your lobby is open until 10pm and when I arrive your drive thru is packed to the end of the parking lot. The. When I decide to go in to make my order your door is locked and I had to use the restroom. Bueno you are no bueno.
