Taco Bell

Lady does not know the difference between meat and veggies, she put Big V on meat, pizza, some one is allergic to meat, she ate little bit she realized it wasn't vegetarian pizza. My first and last time at the Taco Bell on 34140 SR 54. We are happy with Taco Bell on Gall Blvd.

I got two Cantina burritos from the drive thru. The initial interaction was ok as the staff person was nice but the follow-through was not. I asked if the order was correct and sauces were in there and she said yes she was sure. I had a feeling and checked as soon as I could and sure enough they were not. I went back and the person was no longer at the window and I had to wait for the person making the food. It was only 3 min. Food was also very haphazardly put together. I basically had to remake it just so it wouldn't fall apart all over the place. I know it's a fast food place but it's like 2 burritos and NOBODY ELSE was there.

for some reason they get upset when you asked for fresh french fries! The first time I asked for fresh fries they gave me old ones was and got upset when I returned them. The girl got smart with me repeatedly said it would take 10 minutes to cook french fries I waited 15 minutes and finally reach out the food and ask for my money back. I tried again today I reiterated I wanted my fries hot another manager came to the window stating that they cannot do cooked order from the window I would have to go inside and that it was going to take eight minutes. I told her OK but I didn’t want to make the customers behind me wait and she said it was against store policy to bring out food. I said OK I will wait at the window and the fries only took about three minutes. Horrible Service!
