Listen, I like Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell even. But gosh dang. We ordered using the kiosk (the only one that works) and I was paying cash so after I placed the order I went to the counter to pay. The boy there says "couldn't figure out out " referring to the kiosk in a condescending way. I told him I just needed to pay. We waited about 5 minutes for the food and he hands us a bag and tried to walk off. We had ordered specialty drinks, and they were nowhere to be seen. He tried to give us cups for fountain drinks. Honestly, so rude to talk to someone like that at all, but the irony in the fact HE COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT when it came to reading the order is golden. The iced coffee is great though. ????
I've been to alot of Taco Bell's in my life, and this one was by far the cleanest and best tasting. The crew working that shift were excellent across the board.
First they forgot most of our order. The Sierra mist that we ordered didn’t even taste like soda because it was so watery. Second they forgot the meat on our items and the tacos were soggy.
