Waited in line for 15 minutes beginning at around 1:30am. Finally got to the speaker after seeing the next car leave quickly. They told me their systems were down and they needed 10-15 minutes for them to come back up. I pull around into the parking lot as this was the only restaurant open for 30 minutes and drove past all of the employees standing outside the door and a few more teenagers who were clearly not employees. At 1:07 the employees finally when back in and their friends left. I pulled around again only for them to once again tell me the systems are down they need 15-20 minutes. Don't waste your time trying to eat here.

If I could give zero stars I would. During one visit I was asked to take a survey and that I would be given a free drink if I did. Mind you my order was not correct so I did not do the survey. My husband ordered again another time and our drinks were missing. He asked where they were and the same girl who asked us to take a survey came to the window and said, “do you know what a screen is? Yanno the big thing in front of your face? Make sure is right next time.” I am litteraly disgusted. I’m not sure if she was the manager but she shouldn’t even be working there to begin with. Absolutely horrible customer service and every single time I visit this location my order is wrong. But I can be asked to take a survey for service I didn’t even receive just to get a free drink. I will be contacting corporate.
