Taco Bell

Every taco I ordered looked like this! If I’m paying for cheese I want more than a sprinkle of it! It also had really DRY burnt meat. This is the 2nd time in a row that this location has served stuff like this… it sucks to get my kids the stuff they ask for, spend a lot of money on it compared to making it for the “convenience” & then have to apologize because it comes like this & doesn’t even taste good to them so they don’t wanna eat it!

First they screwed up by giving me only five sauces for 8 tacos and a burrito grilled cheese box, that I didn't even receive in a box they put it in a little bag so when I noticed the cheese sauce was open and got all over my sauces so I went back. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, SOME GIRL NAMED ALEXIS CAME TO THE WINDOW AND I SHOWED HER THE MESS THEY GAVE ME IN THE BAG, AND I SAID, REALLY?? The manager Alexis didn't even apologize all she says is do you want me to get you another nacho cheese, I said well, NO DUH!! Really, Alexis?? Are you seriously THAT clueless??? Nothing but a bunch of screw ups at this location that don't pay attention to your orders. My first time going there to place my order in the first place I had to tell the lady to give me my son's large Pepsi with no ice she says didn't I just give you a medium one I said yes that was mine mine son ordered a large Pepsi with no ice. I said LARGE, lady!!

Honestly come here all the time. First time for breakfast. Not only did I have to repeat myself because she wasn't paying attention she was rude at the window and they didn't even get my order right... so disappointed
