During my visit to this establishment, the manager on duty was both loud and rude, neither caring for nor understanding his fellow employees. His presence alone had greatly soured my visit, and has greatly dissuaded me from ever returning to this establishment.
THIS PLACE IS CREEPY BACKROOMS VIBES! Absolutely awful. Ordered in and no one was at the counter. THEY LAUGHED AT US and forgot to give us our drinks. When we went back up to get our drinks, they didn’t give us our freezes… I didn’t want to go back up a second time, so I negated to get the freezes I paid for.
Had an issue with my order. Staff fixed it with no issue, and the manager even came up to us personally to ensure everything was fine and if there was anything he could do to rectify the situation. Great service.
