I showed up and ordered food then 2 more orders were placed behind me. I watch as 7 cars went through the drive through in the 15 minutes I waited to get food after ordering. I was told they were waiting for fresh fries, after they cleared the drive thru, and the guy 2 orders behind mine got food. I have just arrived home to find my food in less than appetizing conditioned. I will say they gave me some free cinnamon things, that I do not like, for my wait. Although they never apologized for any of it. Also maybe consider asking if someone would like whatever you offer for free. I have ordered from here before and the service was fine but I believe this is unacceptable, especially since they weren't that busy.

They are insisting you use these dirty sticky kiosks. Never have had any issues here before but I was ignored when I pointed out that both kiosks were dirty and sticky. So I had to wait for this sweet boy to come up and take my order. I told them if they handed me a napkin I’d wipe it down with the hand sanitizer.
