Sat in line for 20+ minutes and politely asked for a discount, the female at the window said she can't give a discount but can give us a free Cinnabon, no thank you I'll spend my money elsewhere. My time is precious and you wasted it.

Tell me why I do a mobile order in the app and select drive through, but I get there and wait my turn in line just for the guy to tell me I have to come inside to pick it up?? When I asked him why I had to come inside he said it’s to keep their times down. I am recovering from a broken ankle, I chose drive through for a reason. When I went inside I was greeted by a lot of attitude from the staff. This location used to not be trash, but not going good now

This place is doing pretty good with the increased traffic due to the kitchen fire at the other location near Hagman. That said they have forgotten parts of my order more than once. Not usually a big part, but still.
