Literally the worst taco bell I've ever visited. Ordered a pickup order, due to overwhelmed delivery drivers, waited 10 minutes to get it only to show up to $25 of the smallest cold tacos and not a single person in sight. I asked the guy at the window if my order had diablo sauce, apparently he was higher than I was, lied to my face, and said yes. Lo and behold no sauce in sight, the tacos the smallest I've ever seen! I called to ask and the manager had the audacity to acuse me of being rude and exceeding expectation, whilst refusing me any form of compensation. Apparently Taco Bell's customer policy is we're right and your wrong! Ridiculous customer service...
Ordered 5 simple hard tacos just meat and cheese. We’re all loaded with lettuce All the BBC meat super cold. Place is a joke. The people there can’t do the simplest of tasks. Never going there again
This Taco Bell location and the Taco Bell location in wauseon are the best and the area. Food is always fresh and hot. Absolutely love this location will be back
