Today I went though the drive though (DT) .When I go to this location they are always out of sauce for the special item. I came for the volcano taco and they were out of sauce. I ordered the cravings box instead, whatever. The cashier at the time 7/27 around 5:45pm.. gave me my stuff. Was rushed and put my card on top of the box. She said “careful your card is in top” well… take the extra second and hand me my card separately because it was awkward and could have fallen outside my car in the drive through. If she’s concerned about her average service DT time, she can take the extra step and hand it separately. If I dropped my card, I would half to pull forward. Get out. Stop the car behind me, and get my card. Causing the line to be even longer than it was.
All was great at this location. Food was tasty well prepared and fresh. The employees were friendly, they greeted me when I came in and when the lady who prepared my food completed the order she immediately brought it to me instead of putting it down for someone else to give it to me. Also a great smile and thank you for coming in came from her. Great food AND customer service. I don't see that very much anymore. Thanks guys!!! Oh yeah.. I tried a new food item the Yellow Bird Nacho Fries. Fantastic!!!!
Nachos soggy and cold, taco shells, stale -Doritos, Locos. The meal I ordered came with sour cream on the nacho, and it appears that somebody just pulled a portion off because I was missing a lot of chips(residual, sour cream)and again tremendously soggy for no one being in line in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous for a $15 fast food meal for one person.
