Deven who took our order was unbelievably professional and courteous. He was a breath of fresh air with customer service. Please make sure to take care of him because he is a rare find these days!
Ordered five items in the drive thru. Two of which were Crunchwrap Supremes. The other three items were correct, one crunchwrap was not supposed to have tomatoes which was correct, but BOTH crunchwraps came with absolutely zero meat on them. Of course this wasn't noticed until we arrived at home and was not going back to the store to address the situation.
I will say out of ALL the Taco Bell's I've been to... I believe they make the "least" mistakes and are always nice. They stay open late also. No matter where you go for fast food, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check your food is right before you leave the window no matter what your friend/family say. Don't worry about holding up the line 2-3 minutes. No reason to drive thru again for maybe 20 minutes!
