Taco Bell

Sat in the drive thru from midnight until 15 after. Circled thru as I was supposed to be picking up an order for a door dash. The customer had already placed the order. Idk if it was taken online and there where no crew inside or what. Currently sitting here watching two other cars sit in the dead zone of this drive thru. Sign is on as well as drive thru board and lights on the side of building but interior lights are off in the lobby. Looking towards dt window it seems the kitchen appears closed for the night. The owner needs to get in this location as I believe your crew is ditching out on you. Currently on the line reporting this insanity to door dash as I do not wish to be to blame for the customer never having an order they were charged for delivered. Especially after I'm out the gas to drive here. I hope no one else orders tonight because I'd say the closing mod might be up to run closing reports at 2am to give the appearance they were present but I hope you haven't paid them out

I'm sure the food is fine (i can't ever get any) gbut they are never open on time for breakfast. 8:49am 9/22/22. It's not the responsibility of these workers to get the place staffed. The gm / owner need to get their priorities straight. You need to be in there every day if your business isn't doing well. Edit: 9/23/22. Got a breakfast burrito and they only will give you 2 sauce packets per item. This tells us that money is tight. So ownership, instead of getting in there and working, they're trying to cut corners. If fire sauce is making/ breaking your budget then you're doing it wrong. How much would you sell this tb location for? Please let me know.

Busy place, but they get it done! Best Taco Bell around STL. They hustle to get your order right and ready fast. There was one person running the counter and making food at the same time, and he was killing it: what an amazing person. It amazes me how capable some people are, and how they can feed so many people. This is a true blessing of our modern day: to be able to feed so many. Feed the world and you can't go wrong. Go to this Taco Bell because some of the other locations around here are not capable of getting it done.
