Went in, refused to wait on us. Told us to go through drive thru or order on the computer. Never said thank you. Food was cold.
This Taco Bell sucks. The lobby is closed OFTEN, which is a big reason I don’t eat here anymore. Got tired of walking up and not being able to be served because they only deal with online /drive thru orders. It’s very exclusionary behavior. Also, if you are able to dine inside you can’t order from a person, they insist you use the tablet. Maybe work on knowing your audience.
Lazy workers that don't want to stay open to the advertised times. Arrived at 1135pm. Only a few cars ahead but they took 10 mins per car. Pulled up to speaker at 1150 to be told they are no longer taking orders. But yet they advertise they are open till midnight. If you are going to be lazy then at least change the official working hours to reflect how much you all suck.
