This guy rocked. He got us exactly what we ordered even tho y'all need to hook him up with better headsets like the ones at the other location that haven't barely been used yet so he can hear cuz he's trying to make some money and feed some folks. We got the Baja blast though and we thank u for it. Little things mean a lot especially when your kid has Cancer & all they can do is drink you appreciate being able to put a smile on their face. ✌️
This place is the armpit of customer service. My expectations are already pretty low for fast food customer service when you live in STL. However, this Taco Bell still sets itself apart from all the other bad experiences. They constantly get orders wrong, make you come inside to pick up an online DRIVE THRU order, yell at customers, and lack most common courtesy. My suggestion, stay away from this Taco Bell.
