Taco Bell

Refused to take my order during posted late night business hours. Amber and their late night staff just stand around inside after midnight and tell customers the restaurant is closed because they need to clean up for an hour before they go home at 2am. Incredibly unprofessional and annoying. When I mentioned the posted hours til 2am I was told it was not possible to correct the posted hours on google. Will not waste time in the future here. Such a shame this used to be a great location. But in the last few months the new management is terrible and has totally ruined their reputation. Aside from Wesley. Wesley is the absolute bomb and is a legend. He gets 6/5 stars personally. Maybe they can make him a manage and turn this dumpster fire around.

Placed a mobile order and waited over an hour to get food. Multiple employees walking around ignoring customers who were waiting for their order as well inside. When I finally received my order I had to ask for my drinks, which they were sold out of and had to get it replaced (didn't ask what I would like to replace it with just made the choice for me). No apology for the wait, no compensation for not having the right items for my order, just absolutely horrible service and food was cold.

Food at this Taco Bell is good when they are open. They are frequently closed during their posted operating hours, especially in the evenings. Please update your operating hours if you don't plan to stay open for them.
