Incredible flavors. The chef at this establishment has perfected combining great taste with incredibly fast service. T His hot sauce recipes are up there with greats like tapatio and Texas Pete's. The beef was beef is seasoned with only the freshest ingredients and appears to be all meat with no additives.
The drive thru cashier was extremely rude. Stated the size of my freeze three separate times. So fourth time I yelled the size. She persisted to say, you don't need to yell. I stated I have said the size three times an you still did not hear me.
The manager never sent the order to the line .When asked the manager how much longer. He said he was leaving and I had to ask someone on the line and he walked out of the building . Waiting 45 minutes. The only guy in TB that helped us and was Santos .He apologized and quickly made our order. People like Santos should be the manager. Not the inconsiderate man that was on duty today. 10/31 22 at 12:45 .
