This place is an absolute disaster. App allows you to buy but you go to pickup and they say there closed. The lady said to me oh the machine that makes the food doesn't work but hold on. Tells me pull to the parking lot 6 minutes.......50 minutes later I get my food. Not only did I wait almost an hour, I didn't get any fire sauce, my iced coffee's had no ice.... my crunchwrap was literally falling apart. Then the lady that came out to hand me the food just said "here, sorry were short staffed." Unreal. They need to shut this place down and change management for sure.

This location is never open, and when it is, food and service are awful. They are often closed in the middle of lunch hours, serve rock hard chalupas, give attitude when I ask for a Baja Blast saying their machine is down (like I should know), never give hot sauce or napkins. Service and food are atrocious. Avoid at all costs.

Management issues for sure. Baja blast has been out for weeks, they’re never open when they’re supposed to be and always close early. They can’t seem to keep staff yet other locations are able to operate fine. I don’t see this location lasting long if it does t switch hands.
