They forgot some of my order. Left me waiting in the parking lot when they told me someone will bring my order out to me. They wont answer their phone when I call to inform them. Also, anytime I try to fill out the "contact us" option on the app it keeps giving me errors. They don't list their store number for the survey so I guess my only option is to write this review. I would like to thank Taco Bell for giving me a reason to cut them out of my diet.
They gave me a meat crunch wrap instead of black bean. As vegetarian I was disgusted and disappointed. When I came back to mistake there was no apology accountability or any attempt at customer service. This was also having to wait at the window with no service. I feel sick and will never give this place service again, please take your money elsewhere
Don't go there .this taco bell is skimpy with there 5 layers and poeple walk up to the drive thru and order and you have to tell them to put one tortilla in the burritos other wise you more tortilla then meat or beans just crazy there don't go there it's awful
