Mar the manager would not take my order after she would not answer me on the intercom she was very snobby rude and didn’t want to help me when I was at the drive thru window I asked her if I can speak to the manager she claimed she was the manager. I asked if I can speak to her manager she said there was no other manager there and then she said some other girl was her manager after she told me, she didn’t have a manager there.she laughed at me on the other side of the window talking about me to her associates I have ever seen such rudeness in my life or bad customer service people like they should not be working with customers This young girl here watch out she is not a happy manager people like this I don’t know how she is a manager She’s only teaching her teammates to be rude like her.

This location desperately need guidance from a management perspective. A couple issues I have encountered recently: 1. During week 2 of Mexican Pizza promotion I was told they ran out of beef; however I overheard the car behind me order several items with beef but drive-thru employee said nothing about the restaurant being out of beef... 2. A few days later, the restaurant was out of Mexican Pizza shells and advised that I place an order thru Doordash @ a different location because these types of online delivery services get priority over in-store purposes. 3. Piggyback off number 2, I had to drive to a different location to order an item thar was being heavily promoted nationwide.

In case your curious. Using your phone on the line while making food is a health code issue. Would suggest getting your act together before health inspections as you have been reported.
