They "don't have" the freezes. Ordered 3 tacos, got 1. When I asked for my other 2, they asked me to drive back around & order again. "I can't help you with the rest of them until you pull around again cause there's a timer & I'll get in trouble." What has been set in place to ensure customer service is actually becoming an issue when used improperly.
If u want service this is where u must dine. My kids love Taco Bell so we stopped here and the manager there was so kind and his service + attitude towards his job was out of this world. Thanks deymon. Hope I spelled ur name correctly
When busy, they make everyone pull into the parking lot from the drive thru and then shout orders out from the door and hope people are paying attention. Has to be a better way of doing that. Didn't get any hot sauce either in the bag and it's not like I can get an associate because you've shuffled me into the middle of the parking lot
