Every time I come here they forget something! I ask is everything in the bag answer is always yes! On top of that they never answer the phone! I’m not coming to this location anymore!
Paid $33 for 3 cravings boxes and we only had 3 doritos tacos & 3 beefy 5 layer burritos. They forgot the 3 chips and 3 chalupas. The girl at the window said "your entire order is in this bag". This location used to be better than the Van Buren location but waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru just to miss half my items is ridiculous. It was a pretty easy order .. 3 of the exact same combos. They were likely new and understaffed if the hiring sign on the menu is any indication. It's likely not a one-off but I'll probably be back anyway. Check your bag before leaving because they also don't answer the phone.
