They’ve messed up the order way too many times. They added meat to my to a bean Crunchwrap (for a vegan friend). They gave us bottled water instead of the soft drinks we ordered. The crunch wrap looks stale and it tastes stale. I dint even know if it’s sanitary. It looks like they don’t clean their grills at all. There’s residue all over the Crunchwrap and what seems like dust balls.
Supposedly you can buy enchiritos but I've tried to get them at 4 different Taco Bell's, and none of them have enchiritos. Was it just a scam to get people to go to Taco Bell ? Figuring people would order something else ? First they bring back the Mexican pizza, but it doesn't taste the same as it used to, then you can't find enchiritos. I used to like Taco Bell but after this I don't think I'll be going back
Not only did I wait like 45 mins in the drive thru my Mexican pizza looked like it was smashed, I ordered without tomatoes and there were tomatoes in it and the quesadilla wasn’t cut. I mean it still tasted good but come on. Absolutely ridiculous.
