Taco Bell

Either the beef was uncooked or expired, but there was definitely something not right. Placed a Doordash order at 2:35pm yesterday, it was semi big order with their new chicken box, taco and burrito party pack, some Cinnabons and a Crunchwrap supreme. It started with my Crunchwrap supreme, the beef was off tasting and looked a bit light in color. I asked everyone about their stuff and same thing. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, but upper management needs to be on their backs about this. I ended up throwing up and having a stomach ache, that wanted me to throw up all throughout the night. Please make sure you're putting out fully cooked food. The extra star is for the chips, because I've never tasted freshly made chips and it was really amazing. Never understood why they sold those chips that were usually cold or soggy until now.

This is the most incompetent ghetto fabulous Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. Drove from downtown to this project styled Taco Bell THREE times because their incompetent, uneducated staff can’t get orders right. The first order was missing two tacos. My fiancé went drove back and they gave us two wrong tacos this time. He drove up there the third time and asked for them to make the tacos fresh as we had to drive back from Downtown and this ghetto fabulous girl named Ladawn tells him we could have ate the rest of the meal and the she’s not making anymore tacos. I will never go back.

Now I understand the customer is not always right. But for the Manager to blatantly accuse me and my BF for trying to steal CHIPS when we were just calling to say we were missing them from our Cravings box is a little much?
