Honestly so dissatisfied. My tacos were so soggy and stuck to the paper not even the top of taco was crunchy like how? This was the second time it’s happened. The amount of time from leaving the location to eating time was no more than 5-7 min to be THAT SOGGY
One thing I heard is that the corporate owned locations have discontinued Dr Pepper on their soft drink menu. This location, on Arapaho Rd in Richardson, is a franchise, which has the option to decide if Dr Pepper will stay or go. This change came about nearly 4 years ago. Dr Pepper is still here! (Happy day) I have not been to Taco Bell for at least 3 years until now. Hope NACHO FRIES will become a more permanent, or at least a long term menu item. If not, I have a knockoff recipe to make some at home.
Always impressed! The restaurant is small but packs a big punch. I had the speciality burrito which was delicious and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great too, with a lively and energetic atmosphere. Overall, I think Taco Bell is an amazing restaurant and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great taco experience!
