Taco Bell

Came to this location while visiting my grand kids. I’m very particular about the Taco Bell locations I eat from. This one came recommended from my son . I was pleased with the appearance. It was clean and wasn’t really busy. The staff was friendly and assisted with my needs. I don’t even notice the self ordering kiosk until I’d already ordered. My order was made quick and it was correct. Presentation of our food was great. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

Only giving two starts because they where some what fast. Order a beef burrito supreme meal and instead got a cheese beef and rice burrito ????I just wanted at least my food right after an emotional day of finding out my husband had to stay in the hospital longer after a week of recover after a emergency surgery. None the less not getting what I paid for. And they where out of root beer soda. ????????. Food in I. This area is already slim pickings after certain hours could we at least expect what is available to have better service and got orders right.

Horrible service! Went to make an order before closing time and was told I have to use an app and can't pay with cash or enter the store. Not only I was declined, but someone else came to the store around the same time as me and was granted service.
