I have mixed reviews on this location. It’s hard to get in and out of the drive thru due to it being on a busy street. The cashier that served my food was rude when I accidentally gave her a few cents short and even though I asked for hot sauce and water twice, I still didn’t get it and just left instead … More
So, I have mixed feelings about this particular Taco Bell. The staff is always friendly & the space is always clean. Plus I love it because it's close by & can cure my craving for something from Taco Bell with a baja blast. However, whenever I order delivery from here..it never fails 9 out of 10 times, they order is incorrect & I can't even eat the food. I'm vegan & Taco Bell is a typical place vegans go to because it's so easy to make it vegan to enjoy. But they always add cheese or sour cream whenever on my order it says "NO" to those things. Whenever I order from the driver thru or the rare times I go inside it. The order is never wrong. Just when it's delivered. At least 1 to 2 items within the order are wrong, so I always have to get a refund on my meal.
Their hours online (and on the front door) show that they are open until 1am. Showed up at 12:15 am and saw 3 people working. Tried to open the door and it was locked. Knocked on the door and nobody opened it. Someone mouthed “we are closed - short staffed” to us. I’ve worked in fast food and know 100% that a team of 3 people could have made our 2-person order. Not sure what is going on here.
