Slow. Slow. Slow. Will not ever return. They should have another menu in the drive thru to look at before you get to the window. Do your managers know how rude and unprofessional they truly are.
I gave the cashier a $20 bill and she gave me change for a $10. They made me wait while they counted the register and then I received my change for $20. She then tried to give me a second drink when I already had the drink. They did not even say sorry for the inconvenience or apology. It was like I was trying to scam them. Very unprofessional.
I've certainly had better experiences at Taco Bell, even this location. Things were off with my most recent visit. Not sure if a staffing shortage is affecting their service, but I've never been disappointed to the point I was during my last visit.
