Sitting with oveido police. Our card wasn't returned to us. We noticed that my wife's bank called and she couldn't find her card. I called this store and manager said out card is in their presence. We retrieved the card and her bank was at the same time giving us information about the charges. They are about 150.00 approximately.So there was two chargWe bought taco bell

They always seem to get my order wrong. .Nice employees but they obviously hate their job so much. That they don't care what they put in that bag before giving it to the customer.

Staff at this location are always extremely disgustingly rude and unhelpful, they always seem to forget items every single time I’m here, and when I ask to receive what I paid for, they argue and seem to do everything they can to NOT complete the order. Today, I placed my order in the drive through, got to the window, paid and got my things. I always check my bag due to the frequency of missed items at this location, and let the cashier know I was missing an item. She said I wasn’t, so I had her check the bag, and she still said I wasn’t, shoved the bag back at me, and then proceeded to slam the window shut in my face. I get that it’s fast food and no one wants to work here, but being nasty to customers because you’re unhappy with your employment choice is not right. I always give respect and kindness to those who work in food service because I KNOW it is not easy and that customers can be unreasonably difficult, so being treated the way I always am at this location, and particularly t
