I used to love this TB and would have rated it 5 stars until recently. They have closed the lobby permanently. And from what I assume is a lack of employment, the drive through can be 30min to an hour long wait. Corporate, please fix this. Tia
There's not an option for zero stars. One time I came here (I always come after work around 10pm) and I got the wrong order. I was halfway home, and I wasn't turning back. Tonight I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes! I am not exaggerating. I waited at the intercom for five minutes before she even told me I could order. From what I observed, she takes 3 orders at a time, serves them all, AND THEN takes the next orders because after I ordered and pulled up, there were no cars in front of me. This does not work. Did I get a "sorry"? No. Did I even get any napkins? No. Needless to say, I'm a little annoyed tonight, so I had to review. The place needs assistance.
