Slowest fast food I’ve ever bought. Been there all the time and recently it’s been getting even worse. Nacho fries were cold, didn’t give me a straw or napkins or even a receipt, asked for Diablo sauce and was given mild, and my quesadilla wasn’t cut. If it was a busy lunch or midnight rush I might be more understanding but this is ridiculous.
One of the best taco bells, they don't skimp on meat or cheese. Also, they accidentally gave us medium drinks, and then immediately handed us the correct, large size afterwards without being prompted to when they realize they goofed up. The dude in the drive thru was extremely nice too. 10/10 would recommend
Went right after school. No line. Order was correct. Food was good. Employee was friendly. It’s hit or miss with food service lately due to staff shortages and product availability issues. I have had really long waits here at busy times but this visit was great.
