Taco Bell

I ordered here all the time!!! The past 3 times they can’t make a” Fiesta Veggie Burrito “ the correct way! I’m tired of the management here!!!! It’s awful, food is cold, not Always fresh, stale shells. I know Taco Bell isn’t e Spey good but one would think to teach their employees how to properly make different items they sell on their menu. Rotate your product. If it’s old- don’t use it. Teach and watch over your employees to ensure they are making items properly. My fiesta veggie burrito had hash browns or those potatoes squares in it. Unreal! Very disappointed long time customer that lives in Oak Creek area.

I had a Man at the drive through that made me feel as if I owned the place and he wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed! This is the kind of person who needs to be recognized for his everyday values of customer service. And as soon as I got home even before I ate my dinner I fired off a email to corporate about this gentleman and how important it was for them to get their cushy a--'s down to the Oak Creek store and do everything that they can to keep and promote him to a upper management level. Someone younger who wants to help make your day a little better and easier and no having his hand out expecting a big tip.

I work 3 minutes away from this Taco Bell and I stop by for food every other day before 12:30pm and they are ALWAYS closed. The hours on google specify that they close at 1am, yet I see three cars parked outside the parking lot with all the lights on in the building! I’ve experienced this countless amount of times on my break and it doesn’t make sense. CHANGE THE HOURS IF YOU CLOSE AT 12-12:30am because “we are short staffed” or “we close early today” 4 times a week for weeks on end is not a valid excuse.
