Taco Bell

Consistently the worst Taco Bell in New Orleans, and the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, period. They never get the order correct, and I am always missing items from my order. They somehow forget to make the food correctly too, because my food is always missing simple ingredients. And they always have an attitude at the window. These 5 star reviews on here have to be paid for - it’s an insane notion otherwise.

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They made my order wrong 3 times, I remained calm and polite. The guy came from the back to argue with me while the manager stood there. Obviously he’s illiterate and couldn’t read the order as it was printed out. People like that can never survive in a professional setting. I feel sorry for them. It’s sad because the manager is no better. And it wasn’t even that big of a deal. Smh. I can’t wait to call corporate on Monday.

Placed an order thru the Taco Bell app for delivery, order was late, then cancelled out of nowhere. Restaurant won’t answer the phone. They picked up once, didn’t say a word, then hung up on me. Still can’t get anyone to respond or explain why the order was canceled with no contact. Stay away from this location.
